A Plea For Your Help From The Finance Committee

As everyone is by now no doubt aware, the Finance Committee are organising a Spring Cow Clap Challenge and Family Funday. The Cow Clap Challenge is the only major, and therefore the most important fund raiser ,that the club will be running this year. It just has to be a success.

In order to maximise the sales of squares for the challenge, the Finance Committee have agreed to adopt a structured approach to the distribution of tickets and sales of the squares. In addition to sales through the usual retail outlets and online we are organising sales teams headed up by team managers and mentors with each sales team being actively managed by a dedicated Finance Committee member.

We are asking that everyone in the club, especially the players and their families, take a proactive approach to the selling of the squares and cooperate with the committee, managers and mentors to ensure that the sales effort is a resounding success .Remember we are not restricted to selling these just in the local area so we need to take the sales effort in to our work places ,other GAA communities in the locale as well as our extended circles of family and friends.

If you can help in any way please approach either Maggie Mc Toal. Maggie McIlwaine,Gerry B Cosgrove,Gerry A Cosgrove,Steve Kelly,Vincent Harvey,David Burns,Johnnie Black or Liam Black.

Let’s make this an event to remember for years to come !

Oisín CLG Lotto and Event Ticket Sales Are Now Online.

Members and supporters of the club can now buy their weekly lotto tickets online. They can also purchase squares online for the forthcoming Spring Cow Clap Challenge. Both can be purchased by clicking the play game button at the top of our Facebook page. Click any of the links on our feeder page on the right to access the Oisín CLG Facebook page.

This is how Watty Graham’s GAC did their Cow Clap Challenge not so long ago – our own will be done along similar lines so we need to maximise our sales of squares.

Please see the attached videos for guidance if you would rather go direct to our fundraising page rather than go through Facebook. The payments system is entirely secure and you should see a padlock symbol in your address bar when connected to confirm that this is the case..Could we ask that everyone shares this post with their Facebook friends to ensure that as wide an audience as possible is reached ?
