Feasibility Study

On 31st March we received the completed Feasibility Study required by all capital build project funders. The Study was paid for with the £5500 awarded last year from The Big Lottery Fund.  Joanne Kinnear from Quarter Accountants (formerly BJM Accountants) presented the results of the extensive public consultation she had carried out locally which demonstrated overwhelming support for a new Recreation & Community Centre within the community.

The top 5 activities requested by the community were:

  • Community Events
  • Gym Facilities
  • Team Sports
  • Health and Wellbeing Activities
  • Nursery and Pre/After School Provision
